The Best Weight Lifting Exercises & Tips To Build Muscles Quickly

1. Harness the Power of Visualization. Visualize yourself the way you want to look with the muscles you want to achieve. Imagine how your body will stand out in a crowd and the kinds of looks you will get. Imagine how good you will feel. Visualization harnesses the power of the subconscious to make what you see become reality.

Keeping a positive image of yourself succeeding at your goals firmly embedded in your mind boosts your confidence and increases your motivation. But it also helps you to subtly change your actual behaviors in ways that will help you achieve your goal. If you practice using visualization techniques for even 10 minutes a day, you’ll start to see progress.

2. Mix Things Up. Incorporate variety into your workout routine as much as possible. For instance, compound sets can really help build your muscles, so why not do one set of exercises focusing on a particular group of muscles and then follow it with another set of different exercises that also focuses on that muscle group. This is how compound sets work and keep your training interesting.

For example, dumbbell flyes done immediately after bench pressing. A magnificent burn can be felt whilst doing these. Other excellent techniques for maximising growth are: supersets, partials, drop sets, giant sets and such like. make use of as many of them as you can.

5. Focus On Your Goals. When you are training, keep your goals in the forefront of your mind. Visualize that desired result. Concentrate and don’t let your mind wander. Think about the exercises you are performing. Work out, train hard, and then move on with your day. While you’re working out, keeping a training log or journal and wearing a headset can help you stay focused and motivated. You may wish to set goals for each workout to keep you focused, as well.
