This what you need to do, buy some tampons and some lubrication jelly. You need to make sure that you put the jelly on the upper part of the tampon. After you have done this, put a few drops of tea tree oil on it. After you have done this, insert it into your vagina. It could sting a little, so you might want to use an applicator tampon so it won’t hurt.
If you do not have any lubricant, you can use olive oil. Just do the same steps that you would with the lubrication jelly. Some women prefer to use olive oil, but either one works just fine.
