Vaginal creams are topical or direct application for treatment of the sexual dysfunction. The challenge in using such topical products is that more often than not, the dosage may be abused. They may also interfere with the micro-flora and lead to further damage of the vagina. This may make it easier for ulcers to develop because of the reduced lubrication of the vaginal wall.
